Hooray - there’s a big Pick ‘n Pay on its way
into Hout Bay

We are proud to announce the next phase of our development, the construction of the Midpoint precinct Mall with Pick ‘n Pay as its anchor tenant. Building is scheduled to commence during the next few months and be ready for occupation during 2013.

After being delayed more than five years overcoming red tape processes, Cape Coast Properties is delighted to announce Mainstream Mall’s next phase, to be called Midpoint.

Comprising another 3000 square metres of additional retail space, the extensions will include a state-of-the-art corporate Pick ‘n Pay, line-shops, apartments, a designated pedestrian bridge over the Baviaanskloof Stream (to link its southern and northern banks) and a large basement carpark.

This will result in three of Africa’s major supermarket groups (Woolworths, Pick ‘n Pay and Checkers) being conveniently situated within a three minute walk of each other; thereby further entrenching Mainstream Mall and its Fisherman’s World precinct as Hout Bay’s CBD.
